Initiate Your Request
Log into your CLN account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed return authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
